Giving is an expression of the love that one has for Jesus. The woman that knelt at Jesus feet pouring expensive oil onto his feet and head loved much. She gave her all. The more we are forgiven, the more we should love (Luke 7:36-50). God loves willing and cheerful givers (2 Cor. 9:7). A willingness to be generous in giving is more important than the amount given. Our giving will result in praise and thanksgiving to God.
