Countdown to the Centennial Celebration
Celebrate the Centennial Anniversary of Memorial Tabernacle Church with Bishop Ulysses Stephen King, Jr., Lady Tiffany, and MTC Church Family Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 10:30AM at its historic location on the corner of 58th Street and Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, CA.
The centennial theme is “Rooted. Built Up. Established in the Faith.”, and the centennial scripture is Colossians 2:7.
CENTENNIAL ANNIVERSARY SPEAKER |
Our Centennial Anniversary Speaker is Bishop Jerry W. Macklin.
Bishop Macklin is the 1st Assistant Presiding Bishop of the Church Of God In Christ, the Pastor of Glad Tidings Church of God in Christ in Hayward, California, and the husband of 41 years to Lady Vanessa Macklin.
Bishop Macklin will minister and deposit into this body of Christ a word for the next 100 years of ministry. Read Bishop's complete biography here.
WEEK OF CELEBRATION & THANKSGIVING | September 14 - 21, 2025
During our celebration activities and events, we will reflect upon those moments, testimonies, and witnesses that have shape our journey. We will also honor the work and labor of those who contributed to our rich heritage, while looking forward with excitement and anticipation to leading and direction of the Holy Spirit.
